A long-cuffed, directly laminated, and insulated glove with solid protection at the knuckles and a reinforced leather palm, suited for riders in mild/rainy to cold riding conditions. The Zembla is made of abrasion-resistant and durable goat leather and softflex fabric. An extra layer of leather is used at the palm to raise abrasion resistance. It is equipped with a directly laminated Raintex membrane, which prevents the outer layer from absorbing water and getting soggy, cold, and heavy. Directly laminated garments also dry much faster than other waterproofing methods. This glove is lined with comfortable Isofur and Bemberg fabrics, and insulated to retain warmth in cold conditions. A solid RISC™ protector that provides absorption and distribution of impact forces is fitted at the knuckles. At the palm and cuff we’ve opted for soft protection made of EVA, which provides similar benefits. The thumb and index finger are made of one and the same panel of fabric, creating our Ergothumb™ construction that reduces seams and pressure points whilst also providing a wrinkle-free look. Robust constructionThe shell construction consists of thermoformed structured ABS plastic shells with a sturdy aluminum frame. The outer material is scratch-resistant and flexible; after impact effects, the plastic returns to its original position. When dropped on its side, the impact forces are absorbed by the plastic corners and transferred to the aluminum frame via the 3D shape of the lid. The well thought-out design and the interaction of the various materials make the DUSC extremely robust, with comparatively low weight. Can be used as a top case and side caseIn addition to its sturdy construction, the DUSC impresses with its universal versatility when mounted on the motorcycle. The case can be mounted both as a top case on rack and as a sideloader side case on the PRO side carrier - whether left or right. The DUSC is available in 3 sizes: The M version has a capacity of 33 liters, the larger XL version holds 55 liters and offers space for a helmet. The basis is a sturdy aluminum frame to which the Adventure handguard shells are attached.The impact-resistant polypropylene plastic of the shells is flexible and offers the best protection from wind and weather and anything which might get thrown up from the track or road. The shells have a matt black finish. The design of the hand guards and shells protection is also offered from the sides.For even more protection, the separately available crash pad set can be attached to the handguards.
